  • No Warranty: Our services are provided “as-is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
  • Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

Client Responsibilities

  • Ensure devices sent for data erasure are free of physical defects or software locks
  • Back up important data prior to submitting devices, as the data will be permanently erased
  • Comply with applicable local and international data protection laws while using our services

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive business or technical information shared during service delivery. We may disclose such information only if required by law or with your consent.
